Digital Products/Services: Since our services are primarily digital and often customized or instantly delivered, refunds are not applicable once the service has been rendered or the product has been delivered/accessed.
Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, you may be eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
Failed Transactions: If your payment was successfully deducted but the service was not delivered due to a technical error, we will either provide the service or initiate a refund.
Cancellation Before Service Activation: If you cancel your order before the service is activated or customized for you, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the processing stage.
if approved , your amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
